Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable. A credit note may be issued at our discretion.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Monthly office and co-working memberships are billed in advance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not issued for partial months already paid. Any security deposit paid will be refunded within 14 business days of the end of the agreement, subject to the condition of the space.
Virtual office and Ejari packages are non-refundable once the service has been activated or documents have been submitted to the relevant authorities.
